Who’s it for: ASB by TBWA\Tequila and Paul Middleditch

Why we like it: Ira Goldstein has been a feature of New Zealand’s advertising landscape for about 10 years. And this is his final swansong for ASB. So let us bow our heads and give thanks to a pretty damn good innings. Goodbye dear bumbling New York banker/spy. It was fun while it lasted. May your bagels be profitable.

Who’s it for: Kapiti ice cream by Shine and Flying Fish

Why we like it: Colenso took a gold EFFIE for the ‘Kapiti on a Stick’ campaign, which targeted the ladies and gave Fonterra’s premium ice cream range a bit of design cred. And Kapiti’s new agency Shine continues that trend with the latest spot for its new multi-pack offering.
