Newspaper Publishers’ Association gets new leadership

The Newspaper Publishers’ Association (NPA) has announced its new chief executive, Brook Cameron.

Cameron, who brings with her over 20 years of marketing experience, will take over from Brain Hill.

NPA Chairman, Phil Eustace, says the decision was easy when passing the leadership role.

“We were looking for a leader who would be a strong and passionate industry advocate promoting the power of print.  Brook has all the qualities we need – she is charismatic, energetic and has established relationships with the marketers and agencies we need to reach,” says Eustace.

“I am looking forward to changing the perception of newspapers and demonstrating their effectiveness to marketers both as a news provider and a powerful advertising medium reaching highly-engaged audiences across New Zealand,” says Cameron.
