BCG2 Health’s Pfizer ‘FACTORy’ programme, originally developed in New Zealand in collaboration with Spitfire, and then launched into Australia, has won a Pfizer Human Health global award for commercial excellence and innovation.

Pfizer ‘FACTORy’ is a support programme linking health care professionals and their patients. Pfizer ‘FACTORy’ helps monitor a hemophiliac patient’s condition and treatment, through an i-Phone app that records and transmits medical information through a secure online database to their health care professional. There have been expressions of interest to adapt the platform for other markets.

It’s a huge win for our New Zealand and Australian client, and great recognition for our agency efforts as well. It’s also a great example of how locally produced innovations and ideas can compete and win on a world stage,says BCG2 Health’s general manager Stuart Ogden.
