Well-hung billboard erected to ensure package delivery
An essential element of TV One’s new show Hung can now be seen in 3D, but only if you cop a glance (or, for committed violators, a feel) of the rather risqué billboard, which was recently erected on Victoria St in Auckland in an attempt to get mass market penetration.
The “fun, slightly cheeky campaign” by those filthy devils at Colenso features a bulging mound of manhood that looks like a wrapped brain sliding down a billboard and aims to draw attention to the premise of the show, which is, put bluntly, about a no hoper who is forced to make use of the whopper he’s harbouring downstairs.
Gratuitous penile-related outdoor advertising at its best. Be still our collective throbbing heart.

Hardly subtle is it? – agency have gone for the low hanging fruit on this one. The show actually seemed to be more subtle than the sniggering promos suggest.
I'd quite like it if TVNZ would stop promoting shows like Hung before 8.30. I can't be bothered explaining them to my 10 year old daughter.

Well. As long as it doesn't spray anything like the MetService billboard it replaced.

Agree with you, Holly. Not exactly breaking boundaries with that concept.

Just when they cleaned up leery old Santa on the Queen St/Victoria St corner – now Colenso do this. Nah. Fail.
