Share knobbishness, win Knob Creek

The marcomms world has a reputation for knobbish behaviour. Throwing bread rolls at MCs, using middle initials, crashing luxury cars, making up ridiculous job titles, tricking people into buying things with shiny ads … the list goes on. So what better way to celebrate the launch of Knob Creek 9YO and 9YO single barrel bourbon than by asking our dear readers to offer an example of knobbishness (for example, wearing a tight salmon polo shirt and tight salmon pants with a salmon sweater tied around the neck). We’ve got four bottles of the good stuff to give away, so add your thoughts to the comment wall and you could become our Knob of the Week.

As per usual, you need to be over 18 and you have to promise not to drink it irresponsibly (eg while paraponting). Hey look, here’s some blurbage.

Knob Creek 9YO: Aged nine years and hand crafted in limited quantities. Knob Creek 9YO is authentic; made just like pre-prohibition whiskies, strong and rich in flavour. This full bodied bourbon strikes the senses with a maple sugar aroma, distinctive sweetness and rich, woody, caramel flavours with a long, smooth finish. Best Served:Neat with two large ice cubes.

Knob Creek 9YO Single Barrel: Unlike other bourbons, which are blended together from multiple barrels to create a uniform taste, each barrel of Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve, once hand-selected, is cut with water and bottled individually in order to preserve its integrity and unique flavour profile. This process allows for variations in taste, colour and aroma in each batch of bourbon. Full bodied with a smoke aroma. This product is extraordinarily smooth, with rich wood and vanilla notes. Best Served: Neat, on the rocks or cut with a little water.
